I. General terms of use

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “the General Terms”) govern privacy policy, access by and service provided to the user of the website www.unisono.es (hereinafter "the Website”). By accepting these General Terms, the User confirms that:

  • S/he has read and understands the provisions herein.
  • S/he accepts all the obligations presented herein.

Use of the Website confers the condition of User of the Website (hereinafter “the User”) and implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. The User must read carefully these General Terms each time s/he accesses the Website, as the Website and the General Terms may be modified.

The owner of the Website reserves the right modify or update the content or services on the Website, these General Terms, and in general, any elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website, at any time and without the need to provide any warning.

1. General information on the Website

The following general information on the Website is provided pursuant to Article 10 of Act 34/2002, dated July 11, on information society and e-commerce services:

2. Terms of use

2.1. Access to the Website

Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the User’s access provider.

2.2. Need for registration

In general, the User does not have to register to access to the services and contents of the Website. Any data entered by the User must be correct, current and free from error at all times.

2.3. Normas de utilización del Sitio Web

The User undertakes to use the Website and all its contents and services in accordance with the law, morals and public order, and within these General Terms. S/he also undertakes to use the services and/or contents of the Website appropriately and not use them to engage in illicit activities, or activities that may constitute a crime, violate the rights of third parties and/or infringe regulations on intellectual or industrial property, or any other provisions under applicable law.

The User undertakes not to transmit, introduce, disseminate or make available for third parties, any material or information of any kind (data, content, messages, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, software, etc.) that are contrary to the law, morals, public order or these General Terms. The User also undertakes to abide by the following obligations, such obligations not being limiting or exclusive:

I. Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, or that propagates terrorism or violates human rights.

II. Not to introduce or disseminate data programs in the network (viruses or malware) that may lead to damage to computer systems of the access provider, suppliers or third-party Internet users.

III. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available for third parties any kind of information, element or content that violates the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized under the Constitution or international treaties.

IV. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any kind of information, element or contents that may constitute illegal or unfair advertising.

V. Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, "junk mail", spam, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation, except for such forms (such as advertising spaces) that have been exclusively conceived for this purpose.

VI. Not to introduce or disseminate any information or false, ambiguous or inexact content that may mislead the recipients of such information.

VII. Not to assume the identities of other Users by using their registration passwords to access the services and/or contents of the Website.

VIII. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any kind of information, element or content that may constitute a violation of the rights of intellectual or industrial property, patents, brands or copyright corresponding to the owners of the Website or third parties.

IX. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any kind of information, element or content that may constitute a violation of the confidentiality of communication and the law on data protection.

The User undertakes to hold UNISONO harmless against any possible claim, fine or sanction that it may be subject to as a result of a breach by the User of any of the terms of use indicated above, in which case UNISONO also reserves the right to claim corresponding damages.

2.4. Disclaimer

UNISONO does not assume any liability regarding this Website being updated and maintaining its information up to date, nor does it guarantee that the information published is correct or complete. The User must therefore confirm that the information published is correct and complete before making any decision related to any service or content described in this Website.

The User’s access to the Website does not involve any obligation on the part of UNISONO to block access by viruses, worms or any other kind of damaging computer element. The User must at all times have the appropriate tools available to detect and disinfect damaging computer programs.

UNISONO does not accept any liability for damage produced in the software or computer equipment of Users or third parties during the use of the services offered on this Website.

UNISONO does not accept any liability for damages of any kind incurred by the User resulting from faults or disconnection in the telecommunications networks due to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during or before its use.

2.5. Contents and services linked through the Website

The Website access service includes technical devices for links, folders and even search engines that allow the User to access other Internet websites and portals (hereinafter "Linked Sites”). In these cases, UNISONO shall only be responsible for the content and services provided in the Linked Sites provided that it has learned of the illicit content or service and has not removed the link with due diligence. If the User considers there is a Linked Site with illicit or inappropriate contents, he may notify UNISONO of this, but this notification shall in no case involve an obligation on the part of UNISONO to remove the corresponding link.

In no case may the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the any agreements with the owners of or those responsible for the sites; nor may it be considered a recommendation, promotion or identification on the part of UNISONO with any of statements, contents or services provided therein.

UNISONO does not have knowledge of the contents and services provided by the Linked Sites and therefore is not liable for any damages that may result from the illicit nature, quality, lack of updating, unavailability, error or non-operation of the contents and/or services provided by the Linked Sites, nor for any other kind of damage that is not directly attributable to UNISONO.

2.6. Intellectual and industrial property

All the contents of the Website, such contents being understood to include, but not be limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes, are the property of UNISONO or of third parties, and none of the operating rights over them recognized under the current law on intellectual property may be understood to be ceded to the User.

The brands, trade marks and other distinctive signs are the property of UNISONO or third parties; access to the Website shall not be understood to grant any rights over them.

3. Null and void clauses

If any clause included in these General Terms should be declared totally or partially null or void, this shall only affect the provision or part of the provision that is null or void; the remaining General Terms remain in force in all their other parts, and the provision considered null and void shall be deemed not to be a part of them.

4. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Spain. UNISONO and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise due to access and/or use of the Website to the courts of Madrid, Spain, and expressly renounce any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

II. Privacy policy

1. Incorporation of personal data into the UNISONO files

Under Organic Law 15/1999, dated December 13, on the protection of data of a personal nature (hereinafter "LOPD”), all the personal data submitted by the User through the Website www.unisono.es (hereinafter “the Website”) is declared to be incorporated and handled in the files owned by UNÍSONO SOLUCIONES DE NEGOCIO, S.A. (hereinafter "UNISONO") for the following purposes: to answer any requests for information and/or employment made by the User, and to keep him informed, including by electronic means, of UNISONO products and services.

All the data requested must be filled out through the Website to achieve the optimum provision of services available for the User. If all the data are not provided, UNISONO does not guarantee that the information and services offered will be provided, provided correctly, or will correspond to the needs of the User.

2. Area for contact or request for information

All requests for information submitted by the user through the e-mail address info@unisono.es shall be received centrally at:

If on receiving the application, UNISONO considers that it must be answered by another company in the Group, or if the User indicates this expressly in his communication, UNISONO may forward this request to any of the following companies in the Group:

In this case, the User authorizes the international transfer of his data. The User can exercise his rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the LOPD by sending a communication in writing to the UNISONO address: Calle Doctor Zamenhof, 22, 28027, Madrid, Spain; or by e-mail to consultasLOPD@unisono.es. In both cases the User concerned must include a copy of his national ID, passport or other valid document accrediting his identity.

3. Submission of job applications and CVs

Depending on the option chosen by the User, his personal data shall be incorporated and handled in files owned by one of the following companies:

The User may exercise his rights to access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by submitting a communication in writing to one of the above addresses as appropriate; or by e-mail to consultasLOPD@unisono.es. In both cases the User concerned must include a copy of his national ID, passport, or other valid document accrediting his identity.

4. Submission of data by the User

Before submitting personal data relating to third parties to the Website, the User must obtain prior and express permission, having informed them of the terms of this policy of confidentiality. The User undertakes to hold UNISONO harmless from any possible claim, fine or sanction that it may be subject to as a result of a breach by the User of the undertakings specified in this paragraph.

5. Use of cookies

UNISONO, either on its own account or through a third party contracted for the provision of measurement services, may use cookies when the User navigates in the Website. The cookies are files sent to the browser by means of a web server in order to the User’s activities while he is navigating.

The cookies used by the Website are solely associated with an anonymous user and his computer and do not of themselves provide any of the User's personal data.

The use of cookies makes it possible for the server on which the Website is stored to recognize the web browser used by the User, in order to make navigation simpler and to allow, for example, users who have already registered to access areas, services, promotions or competitions reserved exclusively for registered users, without having to register at each visit. They are also used to measure visitor and traffic numbers, as well as to monitor the changing number of entries.

The User does not have to accept cookies sent by the Website or a third party acting in the name of UNISONO in order to use the Website; however, if the User does not accept the cookies, he will have to start a new session for access to each of the services whose provision requires prior registration or login.
