Unisono receives the award at Best Contact Center Platinum 2016
Unisono group receives the Best Contact Center Platinum Award (2016) in the eighth edition of the Platinum Contact Center Awards organized by Contact Center Magazine.
This award recognizes the high level of professionalization in the industry and the capacity of companies to adapt to customers and employees needs and trends. As well as the excellent work on taking care of clients’ relationships, thus it highlights the evolution of Unisono in the last year.
For Unisono team to obtain “this prize means an acknowledgment of our daily performance to achieve customers trust and satisfaction, and a reward to our commitment with operation’s quality, innovation and employees’ development”, words of Sandra Gibert, Managing Director of Unisono Group, in the Gala celebrated on June 22, at the Goya Theater in Madrid, Spain.
